<p>Candidate 2 by a fairly decent margin.
That science award is pretty hefty.
NYLF isn’t that special at all, anyone who pays up can get in.</p>

<p>Candidate 1 has many time-light EC’s (5 hours of tutoring a month isn’t all that impressive).
Candidate 2’s ECs are far more focused, thus I’d say he/she has a better chance</p>
