Who has actually started studying for APs?

Anyone? I haven't lol.

Not me! (Yay for a useless post in a useles thread!)

I’m offended by that remark

I’ve been studying for both AP WH and AP Cal AB.

x0x0 hugz & kissez! XDDDD

@liv4physicz - If you can convince me that there is a purpose, I’ll take that back.
I’m certainly convincible, so don’t think I’m just going to ignore whatever you say.

Dogod: I’m glad you’ve assured me you’re a fair-minded individual. You’ve increased your ethos 1000%.

The purpose of this thread is to provide users with the convenience of understanding what measures their peers have already taken (or have yet to take) in order to excel on the upcoming Advanced Placement examinations.

It’s a great thread, don’t hate.

I have!

I studied for 1 hour 2 days ago, got bored, and stopped.
I’m starting early cause I’m self-studying. I’ll be kicking myself later.

raises hand

I actually enjoy studying for stuff like AP Chem, which is relatively interesting. APUSH can get dull quickly.

To answer the question…no I haven’t! Gotta get down with that Princeton Review.

Uh nope. I need to kick my procrastination habit. Bio can get kinda dull at times…

Thank you. I was just trying to make sure you weren’t just a ■■■■■ who would buckle at the first accusation of being a ■■■■■.
It’s too late to edit my first post to take that out now, but I would if I could.

EDIT: I’m going to bed in a minute, so if you reply to this don’t expect a response for a while.
Also, this doesn’t change the fact that I haven’t started studying yet for AP exams.

My son is taking only APUSH this year; he dropped AP Psych because he hated it. I’ve never heard of self-study in my SD.

He said that the teacher gave a practice MC test yesterday. He was out so took it today with a girl who’d been out as well. He got 15 out of 80 wrong, teacher told him if his essays matched, he’d get a 5, which he got on AP Euro. He will not do any studying beyond what they do in class. He never does.

i have… 5 hours a day :frowning: AP USH and AP BIO…

Eh… I firmly believe that paying attention in class and doing what an A-level student would do in the class (homework, notes, reading, etc), plus maybe some review sessions/ AP seminars set up by the teacher are more than enough. Of course in some classes you struggle in some extra review would help

just calculus

karaoke: APUSH is awesome! I wish I could take it again. It’s much better than Euro.

Dogod: this thread doesn’t intend to change that

I haven’t done ****. I’m waiting for my review books to come.

Daxlo: you haven’t gotten them yet?

Who’s taken AP Lang? Do you need a review book for that?

Naw, just ordered them yesterday from border’s website. I’m waiting.
