I may change my ranking since Louis Winthorp went to EA.The Duke brothers planted PCP on him and his school buddies dropped him like a hot potato.

Exeter is my #1 choice. It would be quite amazing if I had the opportunity to attend. However, I would love to attend any one of the schools on my list.

Tell me about your interview , stats and campus tour

exeter is in my top 4 choices.
with andover, deerfield, choate.

MUN <-- Will I be a member? Perhaps. I just want to explore it, see it is something enjoyable. If it is, then I will join. The first formal meeting is today.
Preparing for AMC 10 - Aiming for AIME. (Hopefully about a 5 or 6 on AIME.)
Spend most of my time doing math or reading physics or something. ^_^
Violin: 4 Years - First chair. Auditioning for all-state in March.
Poetry: I write several pieces of poetry in my free time. Currently in outlining stage of writing a novel.

Interests
> Mathematics. I like math. :)

Science - Astrophysics, quantum physics, theoretical physics, something physics. I don't exactly know the specific field, but think A Brief History of Time, Simply Einstein, The Universe in a Nutshell, The Elegant Universe. These books have sparked my interest in this area of science. Creative Writing - I discovered a latent talent in 3rd grade that I had for poetry. Since then, I admire it and cherish it. I value creative, expressive writing. Violin - I love everything about the violin. I am yet to receive proper instruction; nevertheless I will try to enhance this skill. Programming - I am the archetypal (wannabe) hacker. My dad is a very knowledgeable computer programmer, thus in this aspect I will try to follow in his footsteps. I am working on CCNA (Cisco Certified Networking Administrator) and I will try to expand my knowledge of programming languages. I have pwned my school's network. :D Art - Similar to the violin and writing, I find this another way to express myself. I have had a few works published; however I believe I still have much to learn.

Nice work. Are you doing any sports? Community service?I hope you get in so you can explore a world where physics coexists with community and social activities.Sounds like you are on a path to princeton.

Unfortunately (;)), I won't be able to participate in sports this year. However, I will participate in community service after I finish the semester in school and boarding school applications are finished.
I truly hope I can get in as well.

Princeton, eh? We'll see.

In response to shikashakegurl: Yes, I will.

will u be needing fa?

Exeter is in my top three choices, I think. Chaos seems pretty ambiguous about his preference.

ChaosTheory, your mailbox is full.

From what I've heard about Exeter, Chaos seems like the perfect fit.

Louis had a great career at harvard.Sang in the glee club.Trading commodities was a natural choice for him.Back in the mid Eighties Billy Ray would not have been able to get online or attend a Ten Schools roadshow. Therefore he never made it to boarding school.

i have more ec's than chaos theory but lower ssat scores probably.dont know after todays test, they probably weight courses taking compared to others. I think my courses are harder.Hopefully I get into choate. Yet, my ranking is Choate, then Peddie,3rd exeter, and then st.marks. I know many exeter students and they are book smart but are not socially smart.I would advise you not to put exeter as your top choice.

Well, Exeter is my top choice, but true, I am probably not Exeter's top choice. :D

I don't know, Chaos. Not counting recruited athletes and legacies, I think you're probably going to be a high contender for tenth grade Exeter spots.
antonuccia, have you visited St. Mark's? I visited a few days ago, and would like to hear your thoughts.
I like Andover. :)

Highly arbitrary words. :p

kitty - Andover would be perfect for you.

I'm visiting St.Mark's on Martin Luther King Day .I think since it is kind aa holiday i will get a better view .After i will tell you my input.

No offence, I would be scared of Exeter/Andover admissions with what I have right now so I don't think you're a high contender.

By the way, you're not auditioning for all-state...

hahahahahahhahhhahah, get a life.

man, id love to go to exeter. its been my top choice for so long. it was actually the first boarding school id heard of- i was up late doing research for a paper and i misspelled a word on google, and PEA came up. so i clicked on it, saw the course catalog, and i completely fell in love w/ the school. ^_^ i absolutely love everything about exeter, from the courses, to the diversity, EVERYTHING!
