I would think that it would be between Harvard and Yale since they are usually the most Successful at the Henley, and further Harvard generally sends more rowers to Oxford U and has won more Harvard-Yale Races. but in your opinion, who has the best crew out of all the ivies (historically and presently).

Depends on if you're looking at men's or women's or lightweights. I do not follow women's rowing too closely, but I would say Harvard probably has the strongest men's rowing program overall. The heavy crew has won 62 titles at the Eastern Sprints between 1946 and 2005, almost three times as many as the closest runner up. Within those same years, the lightweight program won 70 titles. The coach of the men's national team, Mike Teti, commented that Harvard, even in years when they are not the top team, are always a force to be reckoned with. They have excellent coachs, one with 45 years of experience, and access to a great deal of resources. My vote goes to Harvard for the top rowing program in the Ivy League, and probably even in this country.
