<p>If the coach said my chance of getting in is 100% and I'm still waiting, then put the two together that means you guys will be in too, eventually.</p>
<p>are u asking me? every school i got into is all equally my back up school....irvine is my first choice..and every other school equally comes in second place...BUT..i dun think i wanna go to UCSC or UCR...maybe either cal poly SLO or UCD</p>
<p>I was asking aznsweetie, but thanks for telling anyway. You have tons of backups, why are you worried? I only have 3 backups - SB, R, and CSU LA. Should have applied more... SB and I are 50 50 to me, but my parents like I and they are the ones paying for it. What can I say...</p>
<p>SB has a beautiful campus. The dorms are like beach houses, people there are friendly and cheerful... I probably end up going there...</p>
<p>I know someone going to Cal Polly SLO. It's beautiful there.</p>
<p>Do you know if CP SLO is a good school? I'm still debating whether to go to UCI or Cal Poly SLO for Computer Science.</p>
<p>uci is ranked 44th in the nation, cal poly isnt ranked overall, its more of a engineer school. uci is more known and probably better off.. but for science, undergrad doesnt make a big difference</p>
<p>At the Destination UCI event I went to yesterday, they said UCI was great at Comp. Sci. They have an entire school dedicated to it, unlike many other schools who simply have a Comp. Sci. department in their engineering school.</p>

<p>Years ago, UCI's computer science was even better than UCLA.</p>
<p>UCI is ranked 12th for public colleges this year. I don't know about CP, it's a different system, but for sure CP SLO is better and harder to get in than CP Pomona.</p>

<p>Sometimes after i log onto the UCSD site and i see "Contact Information" in my head i think it says like "congratulations" for a split second...haha</p>
<p>It'll probably say something like "we regret to inform you that we cant offer you admission to uci blah blah blah".. thats what my rejection for ucla said.</p>
