who hasn't hear from UCI yet?

we dont send those in until we get accepted, and its possible to get rejected after getting accepted if our grades dropped alot

I had to send mine in already and another copy of SAT (I tell you, they lose things a lot.)

shiiiiioooot.. they never asked me to send anything in, its not looking to good for me.. did anyone get accepted that didnt send in there transcripts?

and if u sent in ur transcripts, ur pretty much in

Maybe my case is different because I am going in through the back door (sports)...

what sport do u play? and what school do u go to now?

It says this on my admissions page

Things for you to do:
Read your Freshman Contract - View here
Submit your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR)
Apply for on-campus housing
Submit your Statement of Legal Residence (SLR)
Check the UCI applicant MsgCtr regularly.
Apply for financial aid and check My Aid for your status.

nothing about a transcript yet

oh this was also my admissions page

Steps to Enrollment at a Glance
1. Read your freshman contract
2. Accept our offer of admission
by submitting your SIR
3. Submit your Statement of Legal
Residence
4. Apply for housing
5. Submit all official transcripts
and test scores
6. Attend orientation and take
placement exams
7. Pay fees

Number 5 says submit all "official transcripts," I'm not sure if your 7th trimester counts as an official transcript. At my school we have two progress reports before we get our official semester transcript. I'm not sure how your school works.

UCI Lover if you were my child I would tell you to write an email to the coach now, as in tonight (so he will find it first thing Monday AM) telling him that you have not been admitted yet. I would tell you to put your phone number at the end of the email and ask him politely to please let you know what you should do next. Since you are not my child I am not telling you to do this. I am just telling you what I would do if you were my child. :)

i think u send them after the years over

can i be your child collegemom16

Transcripts should be sent IMMEDIATELY upon graduation. Don't wait, do it the day you are released. Every year there are high schools that mess up and admissions offices who lose things. Students get rescinded for no transcript. So send it right away. Better yet if you live near by take it in person.

mylifeisover23 I already have three, besides I am sure your parents wouldn't want to share you. :)

or maybe they do....

lol jk

hahaha thats kinda funny

does ne one think admissions will be posted @ midnight??

I needed to take a walk, just came back. Thanks Collegemom for the advice. As a matter of fact, the coach sent an email today asking if I heard, I told him nothing yet and getting more and more frustrated. He said would check tomorrow, so I'll be home waiting tomorrow.

Good job UCI Lover, I don't think you have anything to worry about though. :)

btw i dont mean to be mean, ignorant, or bias. How come atheletic scholarsship ppl get such hook ups. I mean I know us ROTC scholarship ppl dont hab to be like top 10 in the state or something, but cant we get something?? ( i hope me using ROTC scholarship isnt bagged on my anti-military ppl)

I know I probably would get in, but nothing is in stone until it's official.

Fisch, I'll tell you what sport I play when we all get in, then you guys can come to watch me play for the ANTEATER!
