<p>I know... just kinda upset I guess. The only thing is I'm not planning on majoring in any science or engineering, and I've heard that Davis can be quite boring, if youre not used to that small town feeling.</p>

<p>quikslvr45 don't listen to those silly rumors. My d's best friend is from so-cal and was told all the same sort of misinfomation. She loves UCD and now says she is really happy she didn't end up somewhere else. You will make many friends and find that UCD is a college town and therefore never boring. What is your major?</p>

<p>I applied undeclared, but was planning to major somewhere in the fields of english/ lit or arts/film, and I know Davis isnt the strongest in these categories.</p>
<p>I'm still waiting. My friend called today and they posted her acceptance right away. Admissions lady said they would post the remaining decisions by the end of the day.</p>
