I don’t grow hair on my face exceptionally fast, but it grows enough for me to shave 2-3 times a week. If I have a date or something I usually shave beforehand for the extra smooth feel. After a couple days, it’s stubbly on my chin/jawline/upper lip, and I don’t like it that much, so I shave it off.

I don’t shave my pits or legs, but I do shave the “below the belt” area. I don’t know why, I just do. Probably 1 or 2 times a week. My best friend told me to, because he did and he said he liked it, so I’ve done it ever since. So nice and smooth…

I’m 14, and I need to start shaving my upper lip and my chin, for those of you experienced shavers out there, does the first time hurt? Is it uncomfortable?

Most people don’t know how to shave properly. If your face hurts after you shave, you are doing it wrong.

Also, most people don’t seem to know to shave. The amount of horrible-looking beards by people who seem to want to show off that yes, they too can grow a beard is sickening.

I don’t know, if I stopped shaving I’d have a pretty pathetic excuse for facial hair.

I have one of those three-headed electric razors, so shaving literally takes 30 seconds, and I can get away with not shaving for like 5 days, so it’s not really all that annoying.

I’m 17, and I think at the rate I’m going, I’ll be well into my twenties before I can grow a presentable beard.

I was asking myself the exact same question. Btw it’s never good to shave there otherwise it would get really itchy. You’re probably better off waxing…
