<p>I am curious because I am a freshmen music history (aka musicology) major at Shepherd, and am curious as to who I might meet next year at Shepherd.
Which is, if I might say, amazing.</p>
<p>I'm applying to Shepherd for vocal performance.</p>
<p>I really wanted to, but i live in NY state so i couldn't go to audition, and also (not to be arrogant) but i think i have pretty good chances of getting into rice, but probably only average chances at shepherd. So i'm just gonna take as many music electives as i can.</p>
<p>well, glad to hear of that! The music history courses are excellent here at Shepherd, especially with Dr. Barnett (Baroque history), and I have heard very good things about our new prof here, Dr. Loewen (Medieval and Renaissance)</p>
