who here is NOT from washington???

really is it nice? i haven't been to washington... i've just heard and read enough to know that's where i want to go. the massive amounts of rain scare me a little bit but i think i can get over that. it's good to hear someone is impressed with the campus. i'm not expecting to get in, though.

well everyone is different ^^ I really liked it. The air is really fresh there, and during my stay it only rained one day out of the 5 I was there. I was probably just really lucky, but I still don't think the rain is that bad.

It's not so much the rain, but the day after day absence of the sun! The gray takes a bit of adjustment.

I've been to Vancouver, which is pretty much the same weather-wise, I think. Anyway, yeah, it's a bit depressing, but not the end of the world.

The amount of raining is ridiculous, but we don't really have a lot of snow in the winter (in fact, we haven't had any snow since the start of winter). Last couple of days though, it's been dry, but damn cold for Seattle's standard (around high 20's and low 30's).

seattle weather REALLY ISNT THAT BAD.

its just that during the winter, youll go to school when its dark and come home when its dark.

then it gets better.

its feb. and the daylight is much longer now.

well when you live in portland... you'll just get used to the seattle weather
