Who is a division 1 athlete ?</p>

<p>It depends on the school and specific sport. Most recruited athletes get admission offers by October.</p>

<p>Div I is the highest level in college sports.
As far as I know, TT players usually don’t get recruited in the us. My gut feeling is that, in your case, it will be seen as a strong EC and it will certainly help.

<p>Someone I know got recruited as a swimmer but she made like top 10 in the USA as per swim standards. Now she even made the USA team. So they are looking for really the best athletes. Unfortunately table tennis is not big here…hopefully someday.</p>
