<p>Teacher and counselor are two separate people. Teachers are those who teach you math, science, history, and etc. Do you have a guidance counselor in your school? He is the one who manages your class schedule,transcripts and college related things.</p>
<p>principal? in our school principal does these things… but he does not college advising or something 
he event doesn’t know me!</p>
<p>There are no counselors in international high schools. Just let the college you’re applying to that you don’t have a counselor’s report, so they don’t expect one.</p>
<p>so if I have to submit two, one from EC, one from teacher, then should I submit just one, or give this from EC to another teacher?</p>
