My son will be there.
He is wondering if his roommate will be there as well, since they should be getting their roommate information soon.

My D will be there. A note of interest for anyone who was closed out of their preferred orientation session: D called and was told to register for her second choice, then make her case via email (she couldn’t attend the later sessions because she’d miss too much work). If convinced she had a good reason, they would move her onto the first session manually. She did as asked and, and they took care of it.

@boysx3 All housing information will become available online at the 15th of this month.

Thank you Bokaj.
My son knows that the info will be out on the 15th; he is just hoping that when he attends on the 18th that maybe he and his roommate can meet each other in person.

There is a way to identify your roommate by room number, if your son uses AUlink or facebook to communicate with the other AU students… He can check his my.american website under the academics section, click on the ‘update my address’ link and his dorm and room number should be there.

i went to "update my address " and it says “error”! i’m frustrated because i know( thanks FB) that some student have already identify their rooms! do you think it means that i’m tripled?

Thanks aeria that worked for me!

Well, now he knows his room number…just a few more days and he will know who is roommate is as well.

i know my room # too!!! i’m waiting to know my roomate(or roomates) as well!!!

zuitar, what dorm are you in?

McDowell hall!!

Any one else going this week?
