my brother is still pending at UCLA. He got a weird message on the admissions website that reads:</p>

<p>We have received your application for Fall Quarter 2009. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide your decision information online. A letter indicating your decision was mailed to you on the date indicated above. If you have not received anything from us 10 days from the mailing date, or if your name and contact information listed above is incorrect, please notify us.</p>
