<p>Thanks love4… No they didn’t, but drama/musical theater is kind of a unique major in that UCLA requires an audition and if they like your audition enough and you meet the minimum admissions standards they will take you. UCI does not require an audition, and goes strictly by your stats. My stats were good but I am guessing UCI had a lot of applicants with similar stats. I had already committed to Penn State so it didn’t matter, but it was interesting to see that UCLA took me and UCI turned me down.</p>

<p>EC: Worked with starbucks, ymca lifeguard taught kids to swim, a web design company as designer, then moved to a larger and more complicated web design company as the head programmer. 200+ hours of volunteer.</p>

if you have calc 1+2, econ 1 + 2, accounting, and 2 humanities courses you should be more than fine for biz econ. FYI you usually pick up two humanities courses by doing IGETC and the accounting course were needed for biz admin regardless… I’m not a biz econ expert, but for regular econ, you only really need those 4 classes (econ1+2 calc 1+2) and IGETC to be considered, but missing any of them is almost always fatal from what I understand.</p>
<p>don’t worry about missing cal3/4 because UCI offers Math4 which is better suited to your needs, just take it over summer at UCI if you want to go to Irvine.</p>
