Sent my IDOC packet on April 22 it was received(UPS tracking) on the April 24.... College board Still says they have no record of my materials ......How long did it take you guys to get your Packet processed ?

All IDOC does is collect documents (and disperse the info to the schools). I don’t think you have anything to worry about in regards to how long it takes for them to process. The school(s) will contact you directly if there are any outstanding issues to be taken care of.

But to answer your question… I don’t know :-). They are receiving ALOT of documents right now, so I’m sure that it will take some time (week or two?) for them to scan your documents.

Did you send it UPS or USPS? It is supposed to mailed as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.

The College board web site (Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC)) indicates that it takes 5 business days from the day of receipt to process the documents. They also track date of receipt and date processed, so if you did send USPS and USPS tracking indicates that it was delivered, I would question why the college board has not recorded it as having been received at least.

I sent our documents in early March. It took almost two weeks from the time the USPS web site indicated that the documents were delievered for the College Board web site to indicate their receipt. I don’t understand why it takes so long for them to post information that they clearly already have.

However, when the College Board did finally post the docs as received, they listed the date from two weeks earlier that the package actually arrived in their possession.
