who loves high school

....bump....

I've decided I love high school.

Tomorrow I'm going to the first ever DECA meeting at school and people think that I would be good at it and that's a great morale booster. Everyone is excited about it at my school.

Recently, they've been painting my school. It's starting to look very nice.

Some of my teachers and counselor are worried about me. So it's good to hear they care. Plus, I have such a difficult time communicating with my parents especially since they think I'm crazy because of the mood disorder I have. So it's nice to know that SOMEONE understands at school.

I don't do the 'normal' high school activities like attend football games, go to dances, and go nuts at rallies though. I seek refuge in the school library and that's always cozy. Lately, they've been giving away college catalogs. Last year they did but I hadn't heard of any of those schools before. This year, I've noticed they're mainly LACs and many of them are CC top pick LACs. Yup. I took a Wellesley catalog and was going to take Reed, Wesleyan, and some others but I only took that one. Perhaps next time I'll take the others.

High school isn't so bad. I do get bothered by the excessive busy work in APUSH because while I'm doing all that boring work, I don't have time to actually STUDY the chapters. Partly because I cna't manage my time and because I GET SO INCREDIBLY TIRED and you might even call me weak sauce. :(

Our school is dividing into SLCs or smaller learning communities and its really bad. (SLCs are 'smaller schools' that specialize in say health sciences, and other departments.) A lot of kids at my school just go to school to BE at school instead of actually learning. Plus, we have a large ESL department and things of that nature. A lot of kids are undecided about their futures and many don't know what theyre doing.

It's going to look very ugly soon.

id just like to say, although i started this post, i only like high school, but not enuf to love it. but compared to elementary school (hated besides cheaper lunch and recess), and middle school (hated: teachers suck, classes suck, food sucks), high school is much better (you pick your teachers [some classes you can even transfer to a different teacher], you pick your electives [promotes early decision on what you want to do/become post college], and the food is much better and you have more variety [salad bar, mexican, pizza, sandwich, and the daily line]). also clubs are great and the new level of sports makes exercise not only fun and competitive but also a lot more challenging. overall, id rate my school an 8 out of 11

high school should die!!!

middle school rocked..no college crap to worry about...you're immature and laugh at anything...and you find out horny doesn't mean you have things sticking out of your head...or does it?

Hahaha.. my school is like a 3/11.

In my high school, you can't pick teachers, you can't transfer teachers at all, and at lunch they definitely don't have mexican pizzas or sandwiches.

And, hello?! What kind of comment is that? I can't just randomly move away to a different high school. I have to live where my parents live. Isn't that kinda obvious?

I think whether or not you like high school depends really depends on your school. Just because your high school is nice doesn't mean that everyone else's is.

funny joke coqui, had me laughing for...24 hours!!!!! HAHA HAHA

I love high schoool....but I am ready to move on to college soon! It kinda gets sad when you know everyone and you see them all the time...

Then again, I just love school in general!

Okay I admit it, I love hs :)
It's all it needs to be.

i will hate leaving. ive made so many good friends, and to just imagine us all splitting...sigh
