I'm liberal, very open-minded and very into sports. I love reading books, watching movies and surfin on the web. I'm pretty laid-back but I can't live in a dirty room, so you prob shouldn't be too messy. I will prob be partying a lot so you shouldn't have a problem with that. It'd be great if you want to hit the bars and clubs with me, though, ^^. Also I'm probably year older than you, because I live in a weird country and we have more grades than you guys, ^^. How can you benefit from me? Well, I've lived in tons of countries and got a few stories to tell, ^^. Also, I'll listen to your problems, if you want to, and I usually have pretty good suggestions. I can keep a secret so you don't have to hide stuff from me, I never misuse someone's trust. Most importantly, I'm a funny guy who likes to have a good time, but when it's time to be serious I'm totally there for you. I stand up for my friends and I'll have your back, ^^. Well if there are any questions left, feel free to ask me.

getting a random roommate is part of the fun/excitement/allure of living in carman not to mention it gives u someone other than yourself to balme if your roommate turns out to be a psychotic douchebag. Take that blurb to the dating websites where it belong.

It might be better than a pig in a poke. You could communicate between now and the time you need to turn in your housing request to see if you're compatible.

i like to hold hands with my roommate, cuddle up with them sometimes.

i like to read books and reflect on them and i generally love long walks on the beach.

i'm a sensitive new age guy but im not gay. i also want someone with a huge pornography collection so that i don't get bored.

sometimes i like to take nude photos of myself and put it all over my wall.

any takers? :D

hahahah the original poster was kidding right? either way - i'll laugh at you when i meet you :D heheheheh just kidding ... innocent motive - getting all excited about uni so lets get straight into it and find roommates .... i personally think that's very cute and has a childish innocence to it so STOP paying her out (even though i alrady have :)

I agree totally. At some schools, they make you fill out a long survey and actually spend a good deal of time trying to do some social engineering to match roommates. At Columbia, it's a pretty random process. Might as well try to find someone here.

Wow, it was actually just intended to be a joke, but after reading Columbia2002's post I'm thinking about posting a new, serious, one.

vesalvay, I'm down with everything except the nude photos, so if you change that, you got yourself a new roomie, :D... (this is a joke btw, I get the impression that my humour is not as obvious as I thought)
