who REALLY cares about writing?

who actually cares about Writing SAT? i know i can individually go to all the websites and check it out... but is there a nice little list somwhere on CC?

i wanna know this too.....cause i am retaking the test right now just to get a perfect on writing.........

i hope they care about writing. i got 800 on it =D

harvard does, or claims to at least. an admissions officer said something along the lines of "other schools look at us to be a trendsetter so we WILL be looking at writing scores."

"who REALLY cares about writing?"

I care! Wait a minute, no I don't.... anyway I'm interested in this topic anyway, but contrary to many others, I would rather not have writing count as high...

Ya, writing is higher than my others by 70 and 80 points.

i got perfect 800 too

The Harvard rep that came to my school said they weren't really looking at the writing score...they take it into account, but it doesn't go down as your averaged composite sat score...

U Californias because they ordered college board to change SAT.

i've seen a lot of people either get writing scores much higher than their R/M scores or much lower. i was in the much lower category (800 R, 790 M, and only 700 W)
i think this is a bit odd, does anyone concur?
