Who shall we turn to when we have questions

Any one can help?
Who shall we turn to when we have questions in the application procedure?

We wrote Thank you Note to all schools son got interviewed, some of them wrote back
very personal ones and we kept contact. We feel confident in asking any questions to them.

But some of them never replied to us. What will we do when we have any questions?
Shall we write again to them or just write to the admission office?

I would try an email/phone call to your Admissions Officer again. If you still don’t get a response and are still passionate for the school, call the main number of the Admissions Office and see if the Receptionist/Coordinator can answer your question or find someone who can.

Again, I would reiterate the advice that some current/past parents have shared with me…do not interpret any contact/lack of contact with an AO as an indication (positive or negative) of your child’s likelihood of admission to a given school.

If you have already interviewed, then the Admissions Officer who interviewed you will generally be the person with the responsibility to be your advocate in the admissions process. Therefore, he/she would generally the one to whom you should communicate questions too.

SevenDad: Yes, actually I sent again an email. Let us wait to see. I totally agree with you “do not interpret any contact/lack of contact with an AO as an indication (positive or negative) of your child’s likelihood of admission to a given school” But to my son, who is only 14, would be very discouraged if interviewer is indifferent. He feels reluctant to send emails to ask questions.

Mainer95: Thanks!

@uktous: See my response to a recent thread in the main forum regarding Lawrenceville.
