Who should I talk to?

Does anyone know whether e-mailing or sending a letter to someone would help out with getting accepted to Texas A&M? And if so, where could I get information on the e-mails/addresses of these people.

if you could find your admissions counselors email address then maybe, but im not sure how you will find it

dowhatnow - It DOES help, but NOT if you are just now communicating with someone. My admissions counselor made it clear that he gets calls/e-mails out of the blue from people he’s never heard of asking to help put a word for them to get them admitted, but why would he do that if he doesn’t know you right? You can try getting to know an admissions counselor, look for an A&M Prospective Center near you : [Prospective Student Centers](http://admissions.tamu.edu/psc/)
hope this helps!
