Who should look over my applications?

My Guidance counselor probably isn't being bombarded with applications since I'm pretty early and have most of it done, so should I have her look over it? Anyone else who might be better to look over it such as an English teacher?

An English teacher might be able to help you with your essays, but there’s little point in asking your teacher to look over your application, which consists of data that you can’t manipulate. Your parents might want to look over it, but ultimately you should make sure the application communicates part of who you are. I didn’t show anyone my application.
