And Maui sort of rhymes with Hawaii (not quite, though), though it depends on how you pronounce Hawaii (like a continental or like a native). I need to visit that place one day...</p>
<p>Yeah, ask any person who lives here, and they'll say the two DEF. don't rhyme. Hawai'i's supposed pronounced ha-VA'-ee, with a little pretentious pause in there so we can prove how much more correct we are :P. Heh. Just wait til you get to know the names of some our highways (Kalanianaole, anyone?).</p>
<p>I went to Maui for spring break. It's gorgeous, and no traffic jams! Unlike here! Hooray! I especially love Lahaina.</p>
