So, I was waitlisted at Brown, and I’m in the process of writing a relatively brief letter of continued interest to the admissions office. I know I’ve seen a bunch of posts where people have written the letters to their regional admissions officer, which makes sense. However I was wondering how i would go about finding out the name of the regional rep. for Massachusetts. I’ve searched Brown’s website and they don’t break down any of the admissions officers into regions. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Call admissions...that's what I did for Harvard. Ask for your admissions officer ( I know they have them because I talked to mine).

This might help:

The Admission Officer who conducted the presentation closest to us was responsible for our area.

or you can address it to dean miller, who is the dean of admissions.
