who to address updates to?

<p>so i want to update colleges on some awards that i've won since applying..
i'm just wondering though, who should i address the letters to?</p>

<p>is it rude if i say dear <strong><em>dean of admissions</em></strong> and _<strong><em>regional admissions officer</em></strong>, cuz idk if anyone else will be reading my file besides them.</p>

<p>and for those schools where i cant find the regional admissions officer's name, is it rude to just say dear <strong><em>dean of admissions</em></strong> and <strong><em>college</em></strong>'s admissions committee?</p>

<p>or would i just be better off saying "to whom it may concern?"</p>
