Main extracurricular: Policy Debate

<p>haha i know a lot of kids who go to mission. I hear its a pretty competitive school....40% asian?? ANyway, you're going to have to be a lot more specific. Which schools are you looking at. UC's, Stanford, out of state? Give us some more detail on extra-curricular activities as well. To start, my friend from mission had a 2170 and is going to irvine.</p>

<p>Regardless of how competitive your hs is, there are too many kids who go to ahrder schools and have better GPAs. 3.7 weighted is fairly low but look into UCLA, UCSD, Pepperdine, Occidental, UCI for the CA schools. Outside of CA look into Boston U, Syracuse, NYU, UMD-CP, U-W.</p>

<p>Anyway, have you taken any SAT II's? Though, I think you're SAT I scores should be fine for the schools flong mentioned.</p>

<p>I would add Riverside to flong's list alongwith some CSU campuses.</p>

<p>Try some LACs, especially ones in the Midwest and South that are generous with merit aid.</p>
