what is that?

the type of amtrak train that stopped running yesterday because of brake problems

So to recap whats going to happen on MONDAY:

TO ALL THOSE WISHING TO MEET ON BULLDOG DAYS:

Time: Apr.19 (second day), 12:20 (that should give us plenty of time to have the lunch)

Place: Outside Woolsey (main entrance prb)

Identifying: CC STICKERS, NO name tags would probably be helpful to wear CC stickers on Apr.18th too, we could spot other CCs that way before the actual meeting...

okay, i'll try to remember

For those of you arriving sunday. I'm coming in around noon so if you need anyone to hang out with, give me a ring ring. One of the things I really wanna do is tour the campus, since I've never visited (if you guys don't mind). Anyways, hit me up on AIM and we'll swap cell phone #s. see you all soon guys

Damnit. I was taking Acela.

This sucks. I'm going to be much less comfortable, and the train ride will be 3 hrs instead of 2 hrs. :(

Thanks for letting me know though.

okay, those of you arrive early...
technically, this is an lj-thing, but you're all cool!

a group of us are meeting at 1-pm on Sunday in front of the Yale Bookstore to do a hardcore New Haven Walking Tour, complete with pizza and nice parks and everything. good conversation, food, and exercize. if you want my cell number to verify, email me! abernstein@emmawillard.org

:( My flight doesn't get in until 1:10...

Oh well. I'm staying an extra day, so that should make up for it. :)

I don't get there til like 6.

Guys,

You all didn't come. Like 10 thousand, Vivaldi87, and I were sitting there for half an hour waiting. You can't see me right now, but I'm sitting in Sterling Memorial Library shaking my head. L10T even made a T-Shirt that she wore!

Until next time,
f.b.

Did you like, hook up or something?

I came on time, but I couldn't find you guys. Were you wearing stickers? I remember three people walking up to a group of girls and asking them if they were waiting for anyone. Was that you guys? I think one of you was wearing a green shirt?

Anyway, I was about to go over to those three people, but another friend called me over and I had lunch with him. Sorry. (Did any of you see me? I was wearing a red shirt, blue pants, a black and white headband, and a ponytail (curly hair).)

Hey,

I had a class that ended at 12:20, so I got there around 12:30. There were like 5 groups of two or three outside of Woolsey, and I didn't feel like asking all 5 random groups if they knew and were a part of CC. I expected a bigger crowd and some obvious display of CC stuff, so I figured you guys already left to go someplace (since I was about 10 minutes late) or that no one else showed up.

What class did you have? I had one about Islamic fundamentalism until 12:20 but I left ten minutes early so I could be at lunch on time, haha.

A sociology class. It was called "Human Sciences," and they were talking about reasons for this recent wave of conservatism.

Haha, we were even holding up a SIGN saying "College Confidential" - guess no one knew where Woolsey Hall was. :)

I was sitting in on a class all the way over at Street Hall that ended at 12:20, and after sprinting across campus, I met no one. So I ended up calling like10thousand, and she and becky came and met me. 3 out of almost 40 - that's horrible. So much for Bulldog Days enthusiasm. Haha - I know those of you who didn't show up were just hung over. ;)

And by the way, I just got home. Yay for extra Bulldog Days.
