Who was the best back up linebacker at Michigan never to start a game?

I think it was Joe Jones, Class of '70. Played on Bo's first team at Michigan. Any other thoughts?

id say charles woodson

eww...football

What else is there at Michigan??

Also, Woodson started a few games

LOL are you kidding me, he started a few games..LOLLL thats probably the funniest thing ive ever heard..I dont think there was one game he didnt start i was being 100% sarcastic, and hes not a linebacker loll lauddie you are halrious im sorry..

What is the point of this question? Nobody has any idea!

Well Cato June never started at linebacker for the Wolverines and he turned out pretty good for the Indy Colts this year!

whoever said Charles Woodson as the answer is a disgrace to michigan football. Woodson started all the time and won THE HEISMAN TROPHY!. He didnt even play linebacker.

Jim Haurbaugh

With the Harbaugh and Woodson posts you guys have to be kidding...granted I took a cheap road since June actually did start a bit at safety but is now a damn good LB.

The point of the post was to amuse my buddy Joe Jones who was part of the team that stayed and won the Big 10 championship in '69 when Bo ran off a lot of the guys who had been there the year before.

And to lighten things up a bit.

That's all.

haha.......
