<p>I ask this because one lady sounded very foreign, two ladies transferred my call because they couldn't answer my question, and another guy gave me an answer that I'm very happy about but don't believe.</p>

<p>The important people who make decisions are knee deep with essays and apps to read that I highly doubt they have the time to answer calls from seniors worried about if their SATs were received or not. The ones I’ve called have all been extremely nice and helpful but they probably are just secretaries or students who need a job.</p>
<p>Why don’t you email an Admissions officer directly?</p>
<p>People on workstudies program. Volunteers. Even the admissions people themselves (not likely).</p>
