Who would I talk to about switching away from engineering?

I feel lost in Biomedical Engineering. I have no interest in it and was purely in it because of the starting salary. Up to this semester (junior year) I was doing fine and have a 3.5 gpa, but up to now Ive failed all but one test in all my classes (2 failed, 1 78%). The thing is I feel like Im already stuck in this major. There is nothing that I can transfer into that uses the courses I have. I cant talk to my engineering adviser because he really jst cares about keeping people in engineering and I dont have a clue what I want to change majors to... I just feel so lost right now..

Biomedical engineering starting pay is usually somewhat less than other engineering majors.

As far as what you can switch to that uses the courses you took before, consider the following:

Math
Statistics
Physics
Other engineering (e.g. chemical, electrical, mechanical, industrial, materials)
Chemistry
Biology

(Note, however, that chemistry and biology tend to have quite poor job and career prospects.)

Some unrelated majors in the humanities and social studies may have few enough prerequisites and degree requirements that you can still complete them in three remaining semesters, especially if you have already taken some courses in those subjects as your breadth courses.
