@Daxlo: They’ll never collect that debt as long as we keep paying the interest. In fact they’d probably go out of their way to stop us from paying it back. Having a penny of every American tax dollar go to them isn’t something they’re complaining about.

@Daxlo5 So then China attacks a major consumer of its exports. That’s economically smart too I suppose.

Keep up son.

Yeah we’re their largest export market. You don’t attack your customers.

Tenors, yes if it gets to the point where our debt outweighs our economic importance to china, then we may have something on our hands.

Right now, we import 900 billion from them. Eventually, they’ll be ****ed if america continues on the same path. It might take years, but it will happen.

--------------When you’re customers keep asking you for money, i feel it’s time to show them who’s boss.

Daxlo, you support the Austrian School don’t you? I do, too. Schiff is one of my role models.

China will eventually realize that they don’t need us to consume their goods. They have enough wealth to become their own consumers. Naturally, they will go through a recession as certain factories catering to American needs shut down, but new factories more related to the domestic trends will replace them. China doesn’t need us. The same goes for Japan. So long as they have the capability to produce, they will come out of the impending economic collapse for the better.

Absolutely false. IIRC, China’s defense technology is 20-30 years behind the US. In any case, they are not nearly advanced as the US.

I cannot think of a more stupid thing for North Korea to do. If North Korea launched a nuclear weapon at the US (I’m not sure if we’re if in range), North Korea as a whole would cease to exist within hours.

The only way China can wage war on the US is economically, which would be silly because that would devastate China as well.

China’s got strength in numbers.

We have strength in military technology and ability. We’re war-bred.

USA would win. But at what cost!? At what cost?!?!?!!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

My money is on the super Asians.
Go China!!!

^ No. China’s military weapons are still 1970s grade. And the US navy!? Our beloved Navy?!?!?!?!?!?! The best navy the world done saw?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!! Bye Bye Chinese.

Nah… we got China beat.

At a high cost though.

No more Chinese products. Which means we would either put the jobs in different countries or bring them back here, which I’m not against.

Well, with being the winner in a war, we could control how they operate… technically (think Japan).

We could rebuild them the way we want to.

^ True. Don’t we like own Japan?

^Technically they own a good chunk of us (almost as much as China does) but we did a good job of shaping them into a society that would serve our interests, so they are one of our most valuable friends.

^ I meant like don’t they have to do what we say or something like that? That’s what I hear.

China is not going to invade US at all lol.

^^ They don’t really have to, it’s more like they choose to because they like us (since all the ones who didn’t like us got beat down in WW2).

It wouldn’t make sense, China will lose money. Eventually crippling the Chinese economy.

Even if we did, the US will win. Remember quality over quantity. The US not only has the strongest military, we have powerful nations on our side. China will have no trading, that’s what makes them a wealthy nation. In about a few months China will collapse and a democracy will be established.

@Daxlo5: In case you don’t realize this if China did say follow your idea of conquering the U.S. because we are no longer worth the hassle, what would they earn in the end. They would possibly spend hundreds of billions to successfully defeat America, then loot America of our resources?? Why would they want resources, they have plenty of resources, they need consumers i.e.(America and allies such as Germany, South Korea, Japan, and other EU Nations). Without America and allies to buy the goods they would be making from our resources they would have an over abundance of consumer goods and luxuries that would be useless for a large portion of the people in their country who have not reached the same level of prosperity as America, seeing as the average Chinese income stands at under 1,000 U.S. dollars a year.
So if what your saying is true China will get mad over U.S. debt and invade causing possibly millions of deaths, hundreds of billions or more in destruction, all for natural resources they already have which will in term become useless without the consumers they just invaded? Yea that’s totally likely.

Keep up son, maybe next time before you decide to call some one a ■■■■■■ because you think you know everything. You should evaluate not just the reasons for a war, but better yet the effects.
