So, my school just started using Naviance this year and this includes sending letters of rec. Now, I have five recommendations that I had intended to combine in a certain way as let each school's requirements, however, my counselor (before I had specified this) went ahead and submitted all 5 to each school, which is totally excessive. They're all positive but I don't like how sloppy it looks. She advised me against emailing the schools explaining the mistake, saying that that would just give them more to process, which makes sense too. What do you guys think? Should I feel slightly panicked, or is that an OK mistake?

Email them and indicate which two recs you would like each school to read. It will decrease the work they have to do, not increase it.
