<p>Ughh I just woke up from a dream where I was getting little envelopes in the mail and scaring myself.</p>

I will be correcting it. I agree 250 words puts a cramp on anybody’s essay. Yes, it will be a huge hassle flying my stuff to PR every single school break (I will be going home during Christmas and summer. If I don’t, my family will crucify me LOL Not only am I the first of my family to study in the US but I’m also the youngest too. I don’t think I have a choice hahah) My uncle lives in NJ so I was thinking leaving my stuff with him while I’m in PR. However, I would prefer to leave my stuff at Cornell’s storage. They must have something for international students or students like us. It all depends on what I have to pay though, because if it is too steep, I’ll just leave it at my uncle’s house, which is free lol </p>

I would so not mind another year at Cornell. Hopefully, I can settle that when I get there. The main university in PR have classes till January. In other words they will only get Christmas and new years off. No winter break :S so count yourself lucky lol :)</p>
<p>Az, my PE choices would be ballroom dancing or self-defense too lol Self-defense because I have a history of psychos (long story) and knowing some decent whoop-a** techniques won’t be so bad. Ballroom dancing is because, even though I’m Latina, my dancing skills are non-existent. Add to that, that I am the clumsiest person in the world and you have a recipe for disaster lol So I’m hoping if I decide to take ballroom dancing, they can awake the Latina fire inside of me and teach me some grace hahaha.</p>
<p>On another note, I barely slept last night! My dog was barking non-stop and when I went to check out why. There was a poor kitty inside our yard. The kitty unfortunately wasn’t the friendliest of all creatures. I got him finally after 20 mins and then took him inside. I knew he had to be from one of the cats that live a couple of houses that are before mine. When I look at the window, the kitty’s mom, dad and sibling were all sitting in front of our house. When I took him outside, the kitty ran to his mom and started cuddling with her. That was the sweetest thing I have ever saw. </p>
<p>I know Az will appreciate the story hahaha I want a cat so bad but I’m leaving soon and its not fair to leave it behind

<p>Wine class!! I asked about that class before to my statistics teacher who graduated from a non-Ivy but the same ranked university in the north. He told me the wine class at Cornell is pretty well known to ppl at Ivy level schools, and the class is known to be pretty tough</p>
<p>my last final is on dec 21 -_- but they go til dec 23. so annoying. i had my reservations for orlando and i was supposed to check in on the 20, so i had to change them last minute and lost 2 nights of my stay. so lame. whatever, i’m excited. also excited for tomorrow! trick or treating yay</p>

<p>Az, when i was applying, i had a dream that i got into Barnard at Columbia… then the next day, no joke, my rejection letter came.</p>
<p>then, two weeks later, i kept having the same kinda dream of being at Cornell on the big hill, hanging out with all the students, and having Ian tell me i didnt get in and i had to go home.</p>

<p>I don’t know “Barnard at Columbia.” As a huge proponent of liberal arts colleges, why not call it “Barnard College”? Please, don’t make this into a “Barnard vs. Columbia” thread. Just ignore my post, if that’s your inclination. I just don’t get why Barnard College is not a great college, on its own, without name support from the institution across the street.</p>
