<p>No. I don’t think it is realistic to expect the USPS to deliver your transcript in only 4 or 5 weeks.</p>
<p>Just an FYI to confirm that Pitt does a good job of keeping the “application status” on the online portal updated.</p>
<p>D2 received notice from the HS on Tuesday 9/15 that her transcript had been mailed. I figure that means it was mailed on Monday or Tuesday, so should arrive in Pittsburgh on Wednesday or Thursday. The my.pitt.edu portal showed “This application is complete” on Thursday afternoon. Impressive…I would expect a two to three-day lag between receiving the transcript and updating the portal.</p>

<p>There’s a long list on the refrig door, but Pitt is #1. I just gave her a credit card and told her to charge the applications LOL. She’s looking for a 0-4 BSN nursing program instead of a 2+2 or 1+3 program, which has limited her choices.</p>
<p>My daughter is also limiting her applications to 0-4 schools. Eliminated a couple that she originally thought she might consider like Vanderbilt.</p>
<p>Pitt acceptance letters for Fall 2010 have started to go out.
