<p>Yeah, I've done LD in HS as well, but we don't have policy in my county, so I'd sure like to try it at UofC.</p>
<p>If I go to Chicago, I'd definitely join the debate team. Right now I'm Captain of the Deabte Team at my school. Last year we won the T1 2005 NJ JP Morgan Chase LD Debate State Championship. I've never done policy before - but I'd love to, given the chance.</p>

<p>Since I do debate here, now is a really good time to warn you all. Chicago ONLY HAS PARLI. We used to have a policy team, but the man who ran it left to run the udl in New York, so the team fell apart. The parli team is among the top ten in the nation, and there are a nice bunch of fun amusing kids on it. The team travels a lot, to England, California, and all the places in between. I suggest joining. A lot of people on the team have some insane amounts of experience (I did policy, some did LD), and while you can judge policy in the chicago udl, you cant compete in it. You wouldnt have the time anyway, to be fair.</p>

<p>I'm definitely joining the parliamentary team. I'm the captain of the LD team at my school and it's a real passion of mine.</p>

<p>Lol - the name of the school I go to is MAST (Marine Academy of Science and Technology), hence we are the MAST Debate team. You have no idea about the sort of jokes we get around campus. Now we're state champion mast-debators. It never ends.</p>
<p>i wish they had PFD, but they dont. they dont have congress either ( i think). those are my two forms. i have been to nationals twice in those and have won some national tournaments. </p>
