Who's got the money?

I know that schools are stingy when it comes to transfer scholarships, but what schools have substantial scholarships for incoming transfers?

Tulane offers a scholarship for $9,000 a year. You must have a minumum 3.25 GPA for eligibility.

Some schools are more stingy, but it's not that bad. If they want you to come to their school, they will give you significant amounts of aid. The schools that give out good aid to freshman probably do the same for transfers. I read about people that didn't get the money applying as freshman and then got great packages applying as transfers.
