<p>Funny thing I recently realized. Every guy I've thought looked "okay" (a huge compliment from me, according to my friends) since 5th grade have been soccer players. But I've kinda given up.</p>

<p>NERDS are bookish and smart, or at least over-achieving.</p>
<p>GEEKS are obsessed with things like computer games, Dungeons and Dragons, technology, etc., but aren't necessarily smart.</p>
<p>DORKS are socially awkward.</p>

geek can refer to like a special area, "Jamie is such a ___ geek, but otherwise pretty cool." Geek usually means smart without necessarily meaning bookish</p>

There used to be "Battle of the Bands" in middle school, and all the emo boys would sign up with their bands to sing and absolutely BUTCHER the songs, and yet the girls all screamed like rabid fans anyway.</p>
<p>Maybe this is because I'm a runner so I know more XC guys... but XC guys are HOT. They also tend to be less self-absorbed and more intelligent than guys on other teams. At my school, the soccer guys are all beautiful, arrogant, pretty-boys. They're nice to look at, but have really unappealing personalities (they either have NO personality, or are jerks).</p>

<p>^ lesos, ahhh i agree. theres this guy in my chem class and im so creepy obsessed with him, lmao. he's super smart though, fit, hotttt, a TEENY bit cocky but not horribly so, and funny. </p>
<p>i dont like any of the stereotypes, hahaha. i tend to like the quiet smart kid. bad boys are douches, rich boys have a god complex, and guitar players i associate with band dudes, who are usually so arrogent their heads can hardly fit through a doorway.</p>
