Who's Never Kissed Anyone?

^second’ing that

everyone seems to treat high school as a stupid place where love can’t exist. it’s like

“oh just wait until we get to college!”

make the best of what you have now  if you go through life like that you’ll never realize a chance when it kicks you in the face. anyway, I imagine it would be more fun to date someone you met earlier in life.

So, back to my scenario, is it a good sign or bad sign?
That the girl always talks seriously with me and lightheartedly with other people.

I actually think it’s a good sign. Is she shy or outgoing?

It could mean that you’re one of her “girl friends” or just a really close guy friend. She trusts you and likes talking to you about stuff that she wouldn’t tell her normal guy friends. You’re either in the “friend zone” or she’s into you.

Does she never talk to you about trivial stuff though?

haha luminouzz - EXACTLY! like seriously, haha get out there, people aren’t so terrible when you take the time

and fresh101 - well it does mean she trusts you.
thats not too bad.

:?

The girl I like I knows for sure I like her now (pretty much a few weeks after Homecoming, though I haven’t asked her out or anything…)

But she seems to be talking to me a lot less than we used to. Bad sign?

Keep in mind i’ve known her for 4 years, she lives 5 houses down, and we used to talk a lot in past years (then again, we carpooled, rode on bus together, etc. and now we don’t really 'cause we have different schedules)

“there is a direct correlation between prior relationships and divorces.” - Saugus

I’m just wondering where you found this?

I’ve heard of waiting 'til marriage for sex, but kisses? Nope.

Is she talking to you less because of the schedule difference?

^Yea. Sometimes you “grow apart” because you’re not in the same classes anymore. Most people make it up by talking more online.

Honestly, I don’t know. Before I visited WashU for discovery weekend, we had a Facebook chat Conversation that lasted like 2 hrs. That was before she knew I liked her (I think… not sure). But now, she seems really out of it on FB chat too… :(

How does she know that you like her? Did you tell her?

I confess: I’ve never

It’s kinda weird though because I was asked out a few times and have had several showing interest…

@fresh101

That sounds like a good sign to me. It probably means that you’re either one of her closer friends or that she has a crush on you. In either scenario, she goes to you for comfort.

I’m waiting for the guy who says “Does my sister count?”.

The sad thing is, even if my sister counts, I’d be in the same position. My sister and I aren’t exactly the Brady Bunch

Lol, I could have asked if my friends counted.

^
You kiss your friends? That must be kind of awkward…

:/
More like one of those things where everyone knows, but I didn’t tell her upfront…

If you haven’t told her, then I don’t think she truly knows. Personally, I’d just confront her about it, solely awkwardness will ensue if you don’t. Maybe you could ask her to go to the movies with you. Her reaction would likely confirm her opinion of you in that way.

EDIT: Just to clear things up, it’s been ten years since I’ve done that with one of my friends haha

Now that I’m almost 17 that would be awkward.

^
Were they guys or girls? Did you kiss them on the cheeks or the lips?..

That’s kind of awkward at any age.

My grand uncle kissed me on the cheek one time… That was awkward, too.
