After waitlested for WashUrdishes, and rejected from MITit, and didn't receive any good signs from other schools I have applied to in past 2 months, then miracles happened in the last day of admission process. After got rejected from both Columbia and Harvard (who cares about this school), I finally got into both JHU and Cornell, best of all UPENN (what a unexpected gift from God)....

Althouh Cornell still remains as my top choice in my heart, but my parent would probably force me to go to upenn anyway.

Ques: which of these three has the better engineering school and has good business major also?

Cornell has the better engineering school (duh) and a good business major.

Upenn has a great business major but I'm not sure about engineering.

what about the BME program in JHU, which i also ot in? is it the best in the nation, and it also has a economic major over there, though not the finance type...

UPenn does not have a good engineering program; if your parents make you go there for engineering they are crazy. If you go to cornell, they offer a minor in engineering management, which if very good if you are looking to do the engineering-business combo.

A relative of mine works at the engineering department at Penn. He advised me not to go there. Go figure.

I have a friend in Penn for engineering and he doesn't seem too enthusiastic about it...I also make fun of my other friend who'll be going to Penn for engineering next year.

Cornell definitely has the better engineering program, but nothing tops Wharton as far as business goes.

common advice is not to go to undergrad business school. if you go and major in something liberal arts you will be an overall more educated and intelligent (business)person and can then go to a business school. howver, yes, wharton is reputedly the best

I'd only do engineering at Penn if it was within one of the dual-degree programs. Specifically M&T.
