I just called and they said scores won't be sent til mid-July b/c of CollegeBoard policy. DAMN!

My main purpose for calling though was to send the scores to a college I was accepted off the waitlist for...ANOTHER DAMNED $15! AND I THOUGHT I WAS DONE GIVING CB MY MONEY ONCE I GRADUATED! ARGH!

Why do they have to be so annoying? Obviously, they have all the scores ready by July 1st, because that's when people can start calling. So why do they have to wait until mid-July to send the scores? Are they that desperate for money? And if I were to call to try to see when they would tell me they're sending the scores, is it the same number as scores by phone?

Haha everyone should call right now. In my email I said that I would hope that they aren't holding out for money, as the scores are obviously ready right now.

They definitely weren't sent on the 2nd. I live right next to Princeton, so I would've received my scores by now. My sister got hers around the 20th last year.

It's usually in the latter half of July that scores are recieved in the mail.

Not everyone's grades are available; my calculus grade is still unavailable, yet I paid for my other scores. They use this extra time to find and grade as many of the unavailable exams as they can. If I spent $410 on the tests in the first place, the less than 2% more money really isn't that much for peace of mind and early planning for college courses in the fall.

And I don't understand why people freak out so much about collegeboard prices. SATs are much cheaper than most graduate school admissions tests (MCAT and LSAT especially), and APs, at $82 a piece, are much lower than a college course at even the most affordable community college.

WHY!!! linkin06, you should have been strong and resisted the urge to call and stayed away from overcharging your card.
Everyone else, repeat: "thee will not call the College Board to find out thy scores and spend thy 8 bucks"

i agree with ss1987. but u know its hard. similar to jesus and the 40 days he spent in the desert with no food or water. lol jk but still waiting for ap scores is pretty bad. :(

You do realize that they know who you are and will go after you once they realize you didn't have sufficient funds for the purchase. It's like buying a TV with a check and cancelling the account before it could be cashed. It's sorta stealing.
