Hey! i just wanted to know, what does “who’s who in american high schools” really mean? does it carry much weight during college admissons, or not?

<p>It is a SCAM. If you put this on your college application, you will be looked at as naive and/or desperate.</p>
<p>Nearly everyone gets a letter "accepting" them. Do not do it! You should never have to pay to be honored.</p>
<p>Be wary of any "honors" like this that you get through the mail-- there are several scams out there.</p>
