I got a letter from Who's Who Among American High School Students Program. I was wondering if its worth it to send it back saying i accept their reward. they're offering like 400 dollars in scholarship....

What harm could it do?

I got that letter too. I am not sure what to do with it as I am not sure if it is a legitamate program. I am going to my guidance counselor on Tuesday to talk to her about it and I suggest that you do the same.

It is a legitamate program.....but no one cares about it cuz everyone gets it cuz they want your money........so dont buy any of the things they offer....and appling for scholorships is a good idea

This is a "Vanity Press" program . . . pay the money and you get your name in a book.

It's legit, but DON'T PAY THEM MONEY for the book or any of the stuff they're trying to sell you...it's too expensive and not worth it at all. Fill out the form and send it back for free then write "Who's Who Among American High School Students Award" on your resume. Give the scholarships a try if you want.

It cant hurt you to submit your name for free to be in the book, and then put it on applications and resume....
