<p>I have received some information from the Who's Who. What is it? Is it really just for the high achieved students? Does it help the college admission?</p>
<p>Who's who is full of bs...its a scam. Any "award that makes you pay for to be in it is stupid...Seriously...if you put this down on your college app to any college (basically your local community college and up) the adcoms who see your app will laugh you out the door...</p>
