I went to a ladies’ luncheon fundraiser in a wealthy suburb today. Based on what I saw, there is no obesity problem in America, 99% of people in this country are white, and the average ring size for a wedding ring is over 2 carats.

Based on the people I see at work every day, I’d say about half of the people in the US have a PhD, or an MD, or both.

Your experience is anecdotal. Anecdotes aren’t statistics.

I went around my city surveying random people and I also look up random strangers on facebook.

I give up.
