<p>What makes brown diferent from all other IVYs…please give your opinion…</p>
<p>You can build your own curriculum without having to take a lot of core requirements just because profs think you should take them. You have more opportunity to explore a variety of majors without losing credits you need. There is less emphasis on grades so you can explore and not worry about it affecting your GPA.</p>
<p>Brown has an open curriculum, no distribution requirements No GPA, triple majors are easy</p>
<p>I don’t get this no emphasis on grades. Why would anyone care about grades DURING college? If they matter, they matter after college when you apply for grad school/job. So who cares if Brown cares or not or has a GPA or not? You still need the grades just like someone from yale or harvard</p>
