why "CAN" I enter telebears phase I when my email says I have to wait 'till tomorrow?

maybe I had to wait till tomorrow just as my email said.</p>

<p>That is how phase 1 is for incoming students.</p>

<p>I was Spring 2008 admin. Back in Nov 2007 when I was having my Phase 1, TeleBEARS was stupid and gave us access before our appointment time</p>
