I send and receive PMs from time to time. Occassionally I like to refer back to a PM I’ve sent. But I don’t have any sent PMs in my history. I do however have all of the PMs I’ve received. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there anything I can do about it?
There is a limit (quite low) to the amount of PMs you can store. Are you sure you did not delete your sent PMs at some point in time in order to free up some space?
Whenever you send a PM you need to check off the option to save it in your sent folder…

You have both an Inbox folder and a Sent folder on your PM page. Make sure you’re looking at the Sent folder. There’s a dropdown box in Folder Controls that says Jump To:
Patsmom – I have tried that. Actually I do have one sent message but is from about a year ago and I have sent a number since.
Could very well be that the mailbox storage limit has been reached, as was mentioned earlier (and this limit counts both sent and received messages). Are you still able to receive messages these days?
