I guess you could look at Zidane's WC heat butt..

He is criticised by half for the action and the other half understands his actions when the other guy calls his hospitalised mother a "whore". The italian is trying to act as if he has no responsibility for Zidane's actions.

Personally I feel that the whole idea of the "US is here to watch over and protect the rights of all" is a huge part of the problem. Many people around the world are tired of having the US acting as their daddy, giving them a spanking each time they feel democracy hasn't been upheld. Perhaps if the US acted like many other democracy-loving countries, who instead of trying to take place in the world as guardians of a principle simply limit themselves to enforce laws and ideas in their countries, a lot of the problems might disappear. Thats something I honestly dislike about the US, the whole concept that they are running a daily crusade against all who dare oppress democracy, the irony is that this little crusade of theirs eventually becomes an oppressing force in itself.... note everytime I said the US I'm basically refering to the government

It goes without sayin'...
I completly agree with you, let's care for ourselves a bit and do some changes right here in our own country and let the others be!
