Why cant they just put scores online?

Why doesn't collegeboard just post your Ap scores online just like the SAT Reasoning test and the subject tests. Why deal with all this nonsense of having to call and/or receive them in the mail?

Profits. Simple as that.

'tis all in da benjamins?

Though wouldn’t it be more profitable for them to put the scores online instead of paying for the paper score reports?

^The most profitable thing for them to do is to charge $8 for everyone to call in for the scores.

So I’m guessing collegeboard isn’t really non-profit?

^They say they are, and I’m sure it costs them to make the scores available by phone. $8 just seems a little outrageous just to know your scores early, especially since they could probably just post them online for us.

^I love the comments in that thread about CB “spending lavishly.” lol
