<p>I'm currently a junior in high school and while i'm going through this whole college process i've always had my mind set on California since I was three. After looking at some California colleges I fell in love with LMU. I live in Ohio so going to California would be a huge step for me... is it worth it?</p>
<p>Major? California dreamin" is a state of mind, but maybe not the best way to choose a school. Money an issue, stats like SAT and GPA? The good thing about California is there are a ton of schools of many types. You might try super match (or other sites) to narrow your choices. Depending on your stats there may be good opportunities.</p>
<p>I really wanna major in either business, marketing, or entrepreneurship. Also want to minor in communications. I have a 3.57 average GPA right now. I know I am going to do better on my ACT than my SAT so is there an option of just sending my ACT scores rather than my SAT scores. Do you know what student life is like? Are there a lot of kids from outside of California or is it mainly a commuter school?</p>
<p>Also does LMU offer a lot of financial aid ?</p>
<p>Not a commuter school at all, most Freshman live on campus. About 30% out of state, Californian’s from all over, lots of diversity. LMU has decent financial aid, but does not meed full need for most students, top end students get close to everything, meet FAFSA need.</p>
<p>Does LMU have a CO-OP programs? Are there a lot of internships available? Do you think they have a good business program? Also is the food any good?</p>
